Bingo
Here is your opportunity to help us reach our goal of 100% parent volunteer participation. With so many dates to choose from and no experience needed, this is your big chance! Remember that every single music student benefits from the funds raised. Money earned pays for sheet music, equipment, instrument repair, special coaches, festival entry fees and more!
Background - Details
Our Irvine High Music Bingo season starts in August so we are underway once again. We provide volunteers to Bingo twice each month August – June and raise over $20,000 for Irvine High Music (we count on this money in addition to our parent contributions to fund our coaching program, sheet music and instrument purchase/repair). We do not conduct any “sales” programs having students sell product, Bingo takes care of that need for us.
Work is easy, you will be trained. Mostly walking the bingo floor and selling pull-tab tickets. Wear comfortable clothing as you will be on your feet but there are a few sitting jobs also so let us know if you need one of those jobs when you arrive. There are various 4 hr shifts starting from 2pm to 6:30pm. You will be working with other Irvine High Music parents so lots of fun! Must be at least 18 years old to work. Any family members or friends can work. Location is San Joaquin Middle School in Irvine at Michelson & Yale.
